Service Providers

We share limited data with trusted providers that help us operate:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• OpenStreetMap / Nominatim — destination autocomplete.
• AI providers — to generate itineraries from your prompt.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use local storage to remember your active trip and unlocked guides between sessions and to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@myplatepilot.com.

Data Retention

We retain your account and purchase history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.

Children

Plate Pilot is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
